Open outlook normally, click Tools from the drop-down items across the top bar and click on Email Accounts.  In the new window, click “Add a new e-mail account” then click Next.

Select POP3 and click Next again.

On the Outgoing Server tab, select “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”.

On the Advanced tab, select “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)” for both incoming and outgoing servers.Enter ports 995 for incoming server and 587 for outgoing server.Click OK, then Next and finally, Finish to complete the setup.
