1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Learning Opportunities

  • Learning Opportunity #1 – Dr. Bill Paulsell, “Using Discernment in Solving Church Issues”
  • Learning Opportunity #2 – Dr. Wes Allen, “A Conversational Model for Renewing Worship”

3 p.m.: Book Signing – LTS authors Dr. Jerry Sumney, Dr. Wes Allen, Dr. Barbara Blodgett

3 p.m.: Choir Practice for individuals participating in 4:00 pm Chapel Service

8 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.: June Intensives Classes Begin

  • Dr. Jerry Sumney – “Exegesis”
  • Dr. Emily Askew – “Christology and Soteriology”
  • Dr. Charles Bowie – “Moral Discernment and Christian Ethics”

8:30 a.m.: Breakfast and roundtable discussion with President Charisse Gillett

9:30 a.m.: Gather at Cane Ridge (morning session)

9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Learning Opportunities

  • Learning Opportunity #1 – Dr. Barbara Blodgett, “Ministry as Community Property”
  • Learning Opportunity #2 – Dr. Margie Ralph, “Recognizing the Body of Christ”

12 p.m.: Gather at Cane Ridge (afternoon session), Lunch (Box Lunches)

12 p.m.: Opening Chapel – June intensive session. Alumni are invited to join students for lunch in the Fellowship Hall.
